Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Yes! Please bring your benefits card and a piece of ID. This allows us to confirm your coverage and set up direct billing with your insurer.

What if my insurance provider isn’t on your list?
We can bill to over 60 insurance companies, so there’s a good chance you’re covered. If your provider doesn’t allow direct billing, we’ll give you a receipt you can easily submit for reimbursement.

Can you coordinate benefits if I’m covered under more than one plan?
Yes, in many cases we can bill multiple plans (such as your own benefits and a spouse’s plan). Our front desk team will help you navigate the process.

Do I still have to pay anything?
Sometimes. If your plan doesn’t cover 100% of the treatment, you’ll only need to pay the remaining balance at the time of your visit.

Is direct billing available for all treatments?
Direct billing is available for most services such as chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, and orthotics. Some aesthetic services may not be covered under extended health benefits—our team can clarify what’s included under your plan.
